I am a qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Massey University. Committed to ongoing learning, I am currently completing Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certification.
I offer tailored meal plans and recipies, create food management plans to navigate any food sensitivities specific to the client’s needs, and share recipe content on my website and social media. A keen exerciser myself, I can also assist sportspeople in designing food intake plans appropriate to their goals.
I am passionate about helping others find balance and variety, navigate dietary restrictions and focus on living well. With a personal approach to consultations, I assist my clients in reaching their nutrition goals through achievable steps. I am committed to helping them achieve a manageable, varied food intake to meet their needs, whatever these may be.
Having experienced the challenges of weight loss and navigating an IBS diagnosis with limited support, I know the value of having someone knowledgeable to walk alongside you as you embark on big changes to diet and lifestyle. Drawing on both skills learnt through study and the hard knocks road of personal experience, I am ready to get alongside my clients with practical advice and support.
I am a bubbly extrovert with a heart for loving people and loving God. When I’m not in the office, you will find me baking, singing, creating, enjoying nature and working out.
